प्रदेश में लागू हुआ संशोधित मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट

राजस्थान सरकार ने प्रदेश में सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों की पालना में लापरवाही करने वालों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई के उद्देश्य से राज्य में संशोधित मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट के प्रावधानों को करीब 10 महीने बाद लागू कर दिया है। इस संशोधित एक्ट के तहत सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों के उलंघन किये जाने पर जुर्माना राशि बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है

अब तक राजस्थान में पुराने एक्ट के अनुसार ही जुर्माना राशि वसूल की जा रही थी। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत की मंजूरी के बाद बुधवार शाम परिवहन विभाग ने इसे लेकर नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है। राज्य में ट्रैफिक नियमों का उल्लंघन करना अब बहुत महंगा पड़ सकता है।Revised Motor Act RajasthanRevised Motor Act Rajasthan

केन्द्र सरकार ने 1 सितंबर 2019 को मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट-1988 के संशोधित प्रावधानों को पूरे देश के लिए लागू कर दिया था। लेकिन राजस्थान सहित कई अन्य राज्यों ने जुर्माना राशि को अधिक बताते हुए इस एक्ट को लागू नहीं किया था और पुराने एक्ट के अनुसार ही जुर्माना राशि वसूल की जा रही थी।

मुख्यमंत्री की मंजूरी के बाद अब राजस्थान में भी संशोधित मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट को लागू कर दिया गया है।

नई जुर्माना राशि के प्रावधान

  • शराब पीकर वाहन चलाने पर – 1000 रुपए
  • दूसरी बार में लगेगा 10000 का जुर्माना
  • तेज गति से बाइक व कार चलाने पर- 1000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • तेज गति से टूरिस्ट व भारी वाहन चलाने पर – 2000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • बिना इंशयोरेंस – 2000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • बिना लाइसेंस – 5000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • बिना हेलमेट – 1000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • बिना सीट बेल्ट – 1000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • टू व्हीलर पर तीन सवारी – 1000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • खतरनाक तरीके से वाहन चलाने पर – 1000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • दूसरी बार खतरनाक तरीके से वाहन चलाने पर – 10000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन व फिटनेस के दुपहिया वाहन – 2000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन व फिटनेस के दुबारा पाये जाने – 5000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन व फिटनेस के यात्री वाहन – 5000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन व फिटनेस के यात्री वाहन दुबारा पाये जाने पर – 10000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • एम्बुलेंस और फायर ब्रिगेड को रास्ता नहीं देने पर – 10000 रुपए जुर्माना
  • वाहन गति मापने और बिना अनुमति रेसिंग – 5000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • वाहन गति मापने और बिना अनुमति रेसिंग करते दूसरी बार पाए जाने पर – 10000 रुपये जुर्माना
  • ध्वनि व वायु प्रदूषण – बाइक के 500 रुपये जुर्माना
  • ध्वनि व वायु प्रदूषण – कार के 1500 रुपये जुर्माना
  • अन्य वाहनों की जुर्माना राशि अलग-अलग है

Udaipur’s Music Artist featured on America’s Music Magazine Rolling Stone

A verified music artist, lyricist, composer and singer from Udaipur, Jay Sharma released his latest single April Shower, which got featured on Rolling Stone India – the Indian edition of the world’s greatest music and pop culture magazine.

Jay is a verified artist on Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube and has been making music from the past 3 years. His recent release, ‘April Shower’, is his 7th solo video which received an amazing response from the audience. The song caught the attention of the Indian edition of America’s leading music magazine, Rolling Stone.

22 years old Jay felt inclined towards music since a very young age. He wrote his first song when he was just 18.

Presently, Jay is engaged in the music industry as a lyricist, composer and singer. He has been in the film industry for 4 years as a Director, Cinematographer, Editor and Colorist.

Jay has also directed music videos which have been featured on Shemaroo, SonyLIV and Zee Music. He has also been a co-editor in a documentary called “Blind to Speak” which got nominated at Cannes Lions Film Festival 2018 and Bronze Winner of Clio Awards 2018.

Jay has been listening to different genres of music but is especially attracted to Lo-Fi music.

He started his journey as a SoundCloud artist and released his first single “It’s over” on the online audio distribution platform and music sharing website.

His breakthrough release, “Suicide Note”, gave him a huge audience and was greatly appreciated by the youth. After Suicide Note, “Alone” was his first song which got released by Hungama Digital Entertainment.

Jay has released many more singles like Poison, It’s Raining Outside, and Europa all of which were greatly appreciated by the audience.

Chetan Ram Deora appointed as new District Collector of Udaipur

Ashok Gehlot led state government released a list of transfers of three IAS officers in the state on Sunday night. Following the official orders from the state, Chetan Ram Deora has been appointed as the new District Collector of Udaipur.

According to the new order, Chetnaram Deora will now be taking charge of the post of Collector and District Magistrate of Udaipur. While, the present District Collector of Udaipur, Smt. Anandi will take charge of Alwar District.

Chetan Ram Deora, who belongs to Jodhpur, has been in the administrative services in the state since 1991. Prior to Chittorgarh district, he was the collector of Dungarpur district.

Fatehsagar and Rajeev Gandhi Park now open from 6 AM to 9 PM

June 1 witnessed the reopening of Fatehsagar Pal in 2 different time slots – 7 AM to 10 AM and 4:30 PM to 6 PM. After this, the opening timings were further extended to 6 AM to 10 AM and 5 PM to 8 PM.

Effective July 3, the Fatehsagar Lake and Rajeev Gandhi Park will open from 6 AM till 9 PM. The food stalls and counters at Bambaiya Bazar and the roadside stalls will also operate within this time window.

ICAI CA May 2020 Exam Cancelled: To be merged with November Exams

In a notification issued late on Friday, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on Friday decided to cancel the Chartered Accountancy examination May 2020 due to prevailing situation amid the coronavirus pandemic. The May 2020 exam will now be merged with November 2020 exam.

The decision to cancel the exam has been taken to ensure the well being of lakhs of students. The students who have applied for May 2020 exams will get an option to change the groups of their appearance and centre of the exam at the time of making a fresh application for November 2020.CA May 2020 Exam

The ICAI, in a March 27 notification, had said that the CA exam which was originally scheduled to be be held from May 2-18, was rescheduled to June 19-July 4. But with the number of coronavirus cases increasing rapidly across the country, the examination has now been cancelled till November.

The institute had also allowed candidates to opt-out of the examinations if they did not want to appear.

HRD Ministry postpones JEE, NEET 2020 Exams

Keeping in mind the safety of students, Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announced the decision to postpone JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET Entrance exams 2020. Exams will now be held in September 2020.

As per the tweet by the minister, the JEE examination will now be held between September 1 to 6, JEE Advanced examination will be held on September 27 and NEET examination will be held on September 13.

Considering the prevailing situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announced that the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main and National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET 2020) will now be held in September.  Consequently, JEE Advanced too stands postponed.

While the medical entrance exam NEET was scheduled on July 26, the JEE Mains for admission in engineering colleges was scheduled from July 18-23. JEE Advanced conducted for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) was scheduled for August 23.

Now, the JEE Main – Entrance Exam for admission to undergraduate level engineering courses will be held from September 1 to 6 and JEE Advanced will be held on September 27. NEET will now be held on September 13.

This is the second time this year that the exams have been postponed. These were to be held in April and May, respectively.

Reliance Mart Employees Test Positive: CMHO advises shoppers to get tested

7 people working at Reliance Mart located at Hiran Magri, Sector 11 were found Corona positive.

The Chief Medical and Health Officer, Udaipur Dr Dinesh Kharadi has advised all the people who have visited the mart during the last 10 days, to get themselves tested for COVID19 at city’s ESIC hospital.

After an employee working Reliance Mart hypermarket situated at Sector 11, Hiran Magri was found COVID-19 positive on 1 July, the health department performed comprehensive testing of all employees of the store.

After the tests, 6 more employees of the mart were found corona positive. All the employees have been quarantined and Reliance Mart at Hiran Magri has been closed.

उदयपुर जिला कलेक्टर ने जारी की अनलॉक-2 की गाईडलाईन

उदयपुर जिला कलेक्टर आनंदी ने भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय के आदेश और गृह विभाग, राजस्थान सरकार के संशोधित आदेश की अनुपालना में जिले में 1 जुलाई सेx 31 जुलाई, 2020 तक के लिए अनलॉक – 2 की विस्तृत गाईडलाईन जारी की है।

गाइडलाइन के अंतर्गत जिले के कन्टेन्मेन्ट जोन में लॉकडाउन और उसके बाहर के क्षेत्रों में कुछ विशेष गतिविधियों का निषेद्ध 31 जुलाई 2020 तक आगे बढा दिया गया हैं।

कलेक्टर ने बताया कि जिले में जहां कोविड-19 के हाल के दिनों में ही संक्रमित मिले हैं और जहां वायरस के प्रसार को सीमित कर रोकने की आवश्यकता हैं, उन सभी इलाकों को कर्फ्यूक्षेत्र घोषित किया गया है। अनलॉक – 2 की गाईडलाइन्स में दी गई छूट, हॉट-स्पॉट तथा क्लस्टर्स के कन्टेमेन्ट एरिया/कर्फ्यू क्षेत्रों में लागू नहीं होगी।

सम्पूर्ण जिले में अगले आदेश तक कुछ गतिविधियां निषिद्ध रहेगी:

  • अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई यात्राएं निषिद्ध रहेगी।
  • स्कूल/कॉलेज/कोचिंग इंस्टिट्यूट आदि 31 जुलाई 2020 तक रहेंगे बंद। ऑनलाईन/डिस्टेंस लर्निंग को प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार के प्रशिक्षण संस्थान 15 जुलाई 2020 से कार्य कर सकेंगे और सरकार के कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा जारी की गयी मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया की अनुपालना करेंगे।
  • सिनेमा हॉल, जिम, स्वीमिंग पूल, ऑडिटोरियम, एसेम्बिली हॉल बन्द रहेंगे।
  • धार्मिक स्थल/ पूजा स्थल जहॉ प्रतिदिन आने जाने वालों की औसत संख्या 50 से अधिक होती है, जनता के लिये बन्द रहेंगे।
  • सामाजिक/ राजनैतिक /खेल/मनोरंजन/सांस्कृतिक/धार्मिक कार्यक्रम तथा अन्य सभाऐं एवं बडे सामूहिक आयोजन बन्द रहेंगे।
  • विवाह आयोजन के लिए उपखण्ड मजिस्ट्रेट को पूर्व सूचना देनी होगी। सोशल डिस्टन्सिंग की पालना करते हुए अधिकतम मेहमानों की संख्या 50 से अधिक नहीं राखी जा सकेगी।
  • अन्त्येष्टी/अन्तिम संस्कार संबंधित कार्यक्रम में सोशल डिस्टन्सिंग की पालना करते हुए अनुमत व्यक्तियों की संख्या 20 से अधिक नही रख सकेंगे।
  • सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर शराब, पान, गुटका, तम्बाकु आदि का सेवन निषिद्ध रहेगा।

इन सभी शर्तो में से किसी की भी उल्लंघना अपराध माना जायेगा और जुर्माने के साथ दण्डनीय होगा।

सभी सार्वजनिक व कार्य स्थलों एवं सार्वजनिक परिवहन के दौरान चेहरे पर फेस कवर पहनना अनिवार्य होगा।

सोशल डिस्टन्सिंग के तहत सार्वजनिक स्थानों में प्रत्येक व्यक्ति 6 फीट की दूरी बनाए रखेगा। साथ ही सभी को यह सलाह दी कि वे किसी ऐसी सतह जो सार्वजनिक सम्पर्क में हो, जैसे दरवाजे का हैण्डल, को छूने के उपरान्त साबुन और पानी से हाथ धोयें/ सेनेटाईजर का उपयोग करें।

अनलॉक -2 की गाइडलाइन में कार्य स्थलों पर अपने मुंह को ढकने की भी सलाह दी गई । इसके अलावा जहां तक संभव हो घर से काम करने की विधि की पालना करने की सलाह दी।

कार्यालयों, कार्य स्थलों, दुकानों, बाजारों और औद्योगिकी व वाणिज्यिक प्रतिष्ठानों में काम/व्यवसाय के घण्टों में अन्तराल रखाना होगा। सभी एंट्री ओर एग्जिट पॉइंट्स और कॉमन स्थानों पर थर्मल स्केनिंग, हैण्डवॉश और सेनेटाईजर का प्रबंध करना होगा।

इसके साथ ही सभी एम्प्लॉयर्स अपने एम्प्लाइज को दूसरों की और खुदकी सुरक्षा के लिये अपने मोबाईल में आरोग्य सेेतु को इन्स्टॉल करने एवं उपयोग करने के लिये प्रेरित एवं प्रोत्साहित करेंगे।

1 जुलाई 2020 से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में छोटे पूजा स्थल (मंदिर, मस्जिद एवं गुरूद्वारा आदि) को शर्तों के साथ खोला जा सकेगा।

छोटी दुकानों में एक समय में 2 से अधिक और बड़ी दुकानों में 5 से अधिक ग्राहकों को प्रवेश नहीं दिया जायेगा। ऐसे स्थान के अन्दर सभी व्यक्ति अनिवार्य रूप से मास्क पहनेंगे।

अन्तर्राज्यीय एवं राज्य के अन्दर आवागमन पर कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं होगा।

सभी कॉमर्शियल यात्री परिवहन वाहन- यात्रा से पहले एवं यात्रा के बाद सीटों और अन्य टचपॉइंट्स को सेनेटाईज़ किया जायेगा। किसी भी वाहन (निजी/कॉमर्शियल) से यात्रा कर रही लोगों की संख्या वाहन की स्वीकृत बैठक क्षमता से अधिक नहीं होगी।

Unlock 2.0 Guidelines announced by MHA

The government on Monday issued fresh guidelines for the Unlock 2.0 phase that will be in force till July 31. With this, the Government of India has extended the process of phased re-opening of activities across the country.

The new guidelines under the Disaster Management Act, 2005, will re-open more activities in the country in a calibrated manner.

Unlock 2.0 will come into effect on July 1 and extend till the end of the month. The notification was issued a day before Unlock 1.0 guidelines were to expire.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has permitted all the activities outside the containment zones.

However, schools, colleges and other educational institutions will remain closed till July 31, 2020. Online distance learning will continue to be permitted and will be encouraged.

The Central’s and State Government’s training institutes will be allowed to operate after 15th July 2020. The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) will issue the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the same.

The international flight services will remain closed, except those approved by the ministry of home affairs.

Night curfew hours have been reduced. The new timing will be 10 pm to 5 am.

Metro rail, cinemas, gyms, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theatres, auditoriums, assembly halls will remain closed.

Social, political, sports, entertainment, academic, cultural and religious functions will remain prohibited.

The central government is in the process of gradually easing restrictions first imposed in March to contain the spread of coronavirus. The new guidelines issued today for Unlock 2.0 will come into effect from July 1.
