The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to cancel the pending exams for class 10 and 12. The students of class 12 will be evaluated on their performance in the last three school exams. In case they are not satisfied with the marks given by the board, they can appear for the board exam at a later date to improve their performance.
The decision came after Delhi, Maharashtra and Odisha conveyed their inability to conduct the examinations. The Solicitor General told the Supreme Court to cancel the pending CBSE board exams scheduled in July. It may be conducted when the Covid-19 situation improves.
The court made this suggestion in response to a plea from a group of parents, who have asked for cancellation of the remaining board exams due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The parents in their plea said that conducting exams at this stage might expose the children to the risk of the disease. It also asked the board to allot marks to students for the remaining papers on the basis of their internal assessment and performance in practicals and examinations they took in March.
Exams from March 19 to March 31 were deferred till April and then postponed by the HRD Ministry as a nationwide lockdown was announced on March 25.
Few papers of class 10 and 12 board exams were remaining when the schools and colleges were closed. These exams were then deferred and scheduled to be conducted between July 1 and July 15.

Bars are set to reopen in Rajasthan from Wednesday after the state government allowed them to start operations after months of restrictions. Rajasthan Excise Department has issued guidelines in the wake of resumption of liquor sale in hotels and restaurants in the state.
The Excise Commissioner Vishnu Charan Malik issued guidelines on Tuesday asking owners to ensure social distancing norms in the hotels and bars.
According to the guidelines, bar counter, chairs, and stools should be properly sanitised. All the bottles of wine, whiskey and beers should be sanitised properly with food-grade disinfectant.
Apart from this, ice containers and trolley also required to be sanitised regularly. The excise commissioner directed the bar owners, to ensure proper cleaning of mixers, blenders.
While the hotels and restaurants have been open since June 8, there were no clear orders on bars as a result of which they remained shut.

मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने कोरोना महामारी से लड़ने में प्रदेशवासियों को राहत देने के लिए राजस्थान के प्राइवट हॉस्पिटल में कोरोना के इलाज के बिल को नियत्रिंत करने का संवेदनशील निर्णय लिया है।
राज्य में प्राइवट लैब कोरोना टेस्ट के लिए 2200 रूपये प्रति जांच और प्राइवट हॉस्पिटल कोरोना के इलाज के लिए भर्ती मरीजों के लिए सामान्य बेड का किराया 2000 रूपये प्रतिदिन और वेन्टीलेटर सहित आईसीयू बेड का 4000 रूपये प्रतिदिन से अधिक चार्ज नहीं ले सकेंगे।
मरीजों से अधिक पैसा वसूलने वाले हॉस्पिटल या लैब के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों को यह सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए कि राज्य के प्राइवट हॉस्पिटल्स में कोरोना के मरीजों से अधिक बिल की वसूली ना हो। निर्देशानुसार महामारी अधिनियम सहित अन्य प्रावधानों के तहत आदेश जारी किए जायेंगे और उनकी सख्ती से पालना भी करवानी होगी।
राज्य सरकार के निर्देशानुसार कोरोना से बचाव के लिए 21 से 30 जून तक शहर में सघन जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इस अभियान के अंतर्गत, नगर निगम द्वारा स्वच्छता कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ कचरा संग्रहण वाहनों से बचाव का संदेश प्रसारित किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा घर-घर सर्वे, हाई रिस्क व्यक्तियों की पहचान भी की जाएगी।
अभियान का जिला स्तरीय शुभारंभ 21 जून प्रातः 10 बजे होगा। अभियान के तहत, इलेक्ट्रोनिक मीडिया, आउटडोर मीडिया, ओपीडी मोबाइल वैन, वॉल पेंटिंग, माईकिंग, पैम्फलेट्स, एलईडी डिस्प्ले, सोशल और डिजिटल मीडिया, होलोग्राफिक डिस्प्ले के माध्यम से लोगों को जागरूक किया जाएगा।
कोरोना जागरूकता अभियान को चलाने के लिए सोशल मीडिया का विशेष इस्तमाल किया जायेगा। इसके तहत ट्विटर, इंस्टाग्राम, फेसबुक के साथ ही अन्य सोशल मीडिया द्वारा लगातार संदेशों के प्रसारण, लाइव चैट और वेबिनार का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इसके लिए जिला प्रशासन ने सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग को तैयारी के निर्देश दिए हैं।
The renowned production company, T-Series, is said to produce a biopic on Mumbai-born-Udaipur-raised open water swimmer, Bhakti Sharma. This will be one of its kind of film set in and around the world of swimming. The film which is said to be planned for the year 2021, will be produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series. Bhakti set the world record by swimming 1.4 miles in 41.14 minutes at Antarctic Ocean at a temperature of 1 degree in 2016. She also holds a world record with her mother Leena Sharma for being the first mother-daughter pair to swim across the English Channel which is called as the Mount Everest of swimming.

राजस्थान की सीमाओं पर यातायात्र नियंत्रण के लिए लगाई गई पाबंदी मंगलवार से समाप्त कर दी गई। अब राज्य से बाहर जाने और आने के लिए पास या एनओसी की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। हालांकि सीमा पर आते-जाते वक्त सभी लोगो की स्क्रीनिंग की जाएगी।
राजस्थान गृह विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव द्वारा जारी नए आदेश के अंतर्गत अब राज्य से बाहर जाने और आने के लिए पास या एनओसी की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। चेकपोस्ट पहले की तरह ही लगे रहेंगे जिससे सभी की स्क्रीनिंग हो सके।
उल्लेखनीय है कोरोना के बढ़ते केसेज़ को देखते हुए राजस्थान सरकार ने 10 जून से 16 जून तक राजस्थान की सीमा पर यातायात नियंत्रण करने के लिए संशोधित आदेश जारी किए थे जिसमें दूसरे राज्यों में जाने वालों को पास लेना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया था। पूर्व में जारी किये आदेश के तहत राज्य में आने वाले लोगों को निर्धारित सुरक्षात्मक प्रोटोकॉल के बाद ही यात्रा करने की अनुमति दी जा रही थी। इसके अलावा सड़क मार्ग से आने वाले लोगों की चेकपोस्ट पर स्क्रीनिंग कर पहचान पत्र भी चैक किए जा रहे थे।
Regional Transport Office Udaipur launched Vahan 4.0 portal service from June 15. Through this portal, the payment for various services related to the Transport Department like One-time Tax, Green Tax, Licence Fees, Registration Fees etc. can be done online.
The digital platform will help to avoid visits of the people to the RTO-DTO office. Besides, this facility will also be available on weekly and state holidays.
With the implementation of this new system, motor vehicle tax calculation and details of all vehicles will be automatically updated on Vahan 4.0 portal.
The facility of depositing through the e-GRAS portal has been stopped from Monday onwards. Earlier, e-GRAS facilitated the collection of tax/non-tax revenue in both online as well as manual mode.
कोरोना के बढ़ते केसेज़ को देखते हुए राजस्थान सरकार ने राज्य में आवागमन पर नियंत्रण लगाते हुए बुधवार को संशोधित आदेश जारी किए।
पहले सात दिनों के लिए राजस्थान बॉर्डर को सील करने के आदेश जारी किये थे। बाद में आदेश में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए आवाजाही पर कंट्रोल का आदेश जारी किए।
अनलॉक-1 के बाद राज्य में कोरोना के केस बढ़ने की वजह से राजस्थान सरकार ने सख्ती कर दी है। अब राजस्थान से दूसरे राज्यों को जाने वालों को पास लेना होगा। वहां से राज्य में आने वालों पर कोई रोक नहीं है, पर बॉर्डर पर उनकी स्क्रीनिंग की जाएगी।
राजस्थान के गृह विभाग के आदेशों के मुताबिक, सीमाओं पर फ्री मूवमेंट के चलते कई लोग दूसरे राज्यों में गए और उनकी रिपोर्ट पॉिजटिव आई। आवाजाही को नियंत्रित करने के लिए विभाग ने नए आदेश जारी किए हैं।
पहले सीमाएं सील करने की बात कही गई, लेकिन एक घंटे बाद ही कहा गया कि आवाजाही को सील नहीं बल्कि कंट्रोल किया जाएगा। बॉर्डर क्रॉस करने के लिए पास की जरूरत पड़ेगी। सभी टोल नाकों पर अतिरिक्त पुलिस तैनात की गई है।
संशोधित आदेश के तहत ट्रेन, बस, फ़्लाइट से आने वाले लोगों को निर्धारित सुरक्षात्मक प्रोटोकॉल के बाद यात्रा करने की मिलेगी अनुमति दी जाएगी।
एयरपोर्ट, रेलवे स्टेशन, बस स्टैंड पर भी लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग की जाएगी। इसके अलावा सड़क मार्ग से निजी कार, बस या टैक्सी से आने वाले लोगों की चेकपोस्ट पर की जाएगी स्क्रीनिंग और पहचान पत्र भी चैक किए जायेंगे।
राज्य से बाहर जाने वाले लोगों को के लिए पास अनिवार्य होगा। यह पास कलेक्टर, पुलिस आयुक्त / पुलिस उपायुक्त / जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक, उपखंड मैजिस्ट्रेट, पुलिस उप अधीक्षक, या स्थानीय पुलिस स्टेशन से लेना होगा। उपखंड मैजिस्ट्रेट, पुलिस उप अधीक्षक, या स्थानीय पुलिस स्टेशन द्वारा जारी किए गए पास की सूचना जिला कलेक्टर या जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक को देनी होगी।
इसके अलावा, जिला प्रशासन द्वारा एयरपोर्ट, रेलवे स्टेशन, बस स्टैंड पर भी पास के लिए काउंटर लगाए जाएँगे जहा आवश्यक सत्यापन के बाद यात्रा के लिए तत्काल पास जारी किए जा सकेंगें। लेकिन इन जगहों से पास बनवाने के लिए, यात्रा के काफी समय पहले वह पहुंचना होगा।
सड़क मार्ग से राज्य के बहार जाने वाले लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग, पास की चेकिंग और पहचान पत्र का सत्यापन बॉर्डर चैक पोस्ट पर किया जायेगा।
जो लोग 10 जून से पूर्व फ्लाइट, ट्रैन या बस का रिजर्वेशन करवा कर यात्रा कर रहें हैं या निजी आपातकालीन स्थिति में यात्रा कर रहें हैं उनके लिए पास अनिवार्य नहीं होगा लेकिन यात्रा के पेपर्स का सत्यापन किया जायेगा।
