Udaipur’s Harsh Purohit Won The Title of Welterweight category in the International Professional Boxing Fight

Everyone has a fire within but only champions know when and how to spark it. Udaipur’s Harsh Purohit is one of those champions, our land has produced. He has recently represented our country in the International Professional Boxing Fight held in Bangalore and won the title of Welterweight category.

Harsh Purohit has represented India four times before this fight. It was his 5th and the one to remember. He basically started boxing in the year 2010 from Udaipur. The boxer has represented the state for 7-8 years and has also participated in nationals for 5 to 6 times.

Boxing coach Narpat Singh Chundawat told that Harsh is Udaipur’s first boxer in the professional category who has won a great professional fight. He has been a good national boxer in the senior category and has been the champion of Rajasthan many times.

In the International Professional Boxing Fight held in Bangalore on 21st November 2021, Harsh Purohit of Udaipur defeated Joseph Emmanuel of South Africa to win the title of welterweight category.
We wish him the heartiest congratulations to put forth the name of his city and country on international grounds and has inspired many.

उदयपुर के संजय औदिच्य अमेरिका मे होने वाली मसलमेनिया अमेरिका चैंपियनशिप के लिए भा के इकलौते प्रतिभागी

लेक सिटी के संजय औदिच्य लास वेगास, अमेरिका मे होने वाली मसलमेनिया अमेरिका चैंपियनशिप के लिए पहुँच गए हैं। 20 एवं 21 नवंबर 2021 को लास वेगास, अमेरिका मे आयोजित होने वाली इस चैंपियनशिप में वे भाग लेंगे।

संजय 2019 में सिंगापुर में आयोजित मसलमेनिया एशिया चैंपियनशिप मे मॉडल एशिया ख़िताब के विजेता थे। 2015 , 2016 एवं 2019 मे मसलमेनिया इंडिया चैंपियनशिप में मॉडल इंडिया एवं स्पोर्ट्स मॉडल इंडिया टाइटल के विजेता रह चुके हैं। 2021 मे आयोजित अमेरिका चैंपियनशिप मे मॉडल अमेरिका एवं फिटनेस अमेरिका श्रेणी मे भाग लेने वाले संजय भारत से एकमात्र प्रतिभागी है।

मसलमेनिया पूरे विश्व मे आयोजित होने वाली एक नैचुरल प्रतियोगिता है जिसके प्रति वर्ष पूरे विश्व में 80 से भी ज़्यादा शो आयोजित होते है। इनमे से चुने गए विजेता विश्व एवं यूनिवर्स चैंपियनशिप मे भाग लेते हैं।

मसलमेनिया अमेरिका चैंपियनशिप के बारे में

  • इस प्रतियोगिता मे किसी भी प्रकार के एनाबोलिक एवं इस्टारोइड का प्रयोग वर्जित हैं।
  • इस प्रतियोगिता मे भाग लेने वाले सभी प्रतिभागी नेचुरल तरीके से फिज़िक तैयार करते हैं।
  • 20 एवं 21 नवंबर 2021 को लास वेगास, अमेरिका के गोल्डन नगेट होटल एवं कसीनो मे आयोजित होने वाली इस प्रतियोगिता के लिए 19 नवंबर को पूरे विश्व से भाग लेने आए प्रतिभागियों का ड्रग टेस्ट होगा।
  • उसके परिणाम आने के बाद 20 नवंबर को अमेरिकन मीडिया एवं मेन फिज़िक, फिटनेस फर्स्ट जैसी मैगज़ीन द्वारा प्रतिभागियों का इंटरव्यू होगा।
  • 21 नवंबर को 40 से भी ज़्यादा देशों से आए प्रतियोगी मॉडल, फिटनेस , फिज़िक, फिगर , क्लासिक ऐसी अलग अलग श्रेणियों मे अपना हुनर दिखाएँगे।
  • इस प्रतियोगिता का सीधा प्रसारण ESPN चैनल पर होगा।

संजय 19 एवं 20 जून को मियामी, फ्लोरिडा मे आयोजित मसलमेनिया यूनिवर्स चैंपियनशिप की पूरी तैयारी कर चुके थे तथा उन्हे 10 वर्ष का अमेरिका का वीसा भी प्राप्त हो गया था परन्तु कोविड की दूसरी लहर आने की वजह से अमेरिका की फ्लाइट्स का संचालन बंद होने के कारण संजय प्रतियोगिता मे भाग नहीं ले पाए थे।

संजय औदिच्यास फिटनेस हब के संचालक है तथा युवाओं को विगत कई वर्षो से नेचुरल फिज़िक बनाने के लिए तथा फिट रहने के लिए प्रेरित करते आ रहे हैं। हम उन्हें बधाई और शुभकामनाएं देते हैं।

उदयपुर के नए एसपी होंगे मनोज कुमार चौधरी

राज्य के कार्मिक विभाग के द्वारा शनिवार देर रात जारी तबादला सूची में उदयपुर, जयपुर ग्रामीण, प्रतापगढ़ और भीलवाड़ा जिलों के पुलिस अधीक्षक (एसपी) बदले गए। नए आदेश के मुताबिक उदयपुर एसपी डॉ. राजीव प्रचार को एसीबी ब्यूरो, जयपुर में तबादला कर आईपीएस मनोज कुमार चौधरी को उदयपुर एसपी की कमान सौंपी गई हैं। मनोज कुमार चौधरी उदयपुर में सोमवार को पदभार ग्रहण करेंगे। इनकी प्राथमिकता आपराधिक तत्वों पर अंकुश और हर तरह के अवैध गतिविधिओं पर लगाम लगाना है।

इससे पहले मनोज कुमार चौधरी चितौड़गढ़ और राजसमंद में एसपी रह चुके हैं। वर्तमान में वह एसपी सीआईडी सीबी जयपुर की ज़िम्मेदारी संभाल रहे थे। वे जयपुर में DCP नॉर्थ और साउथ की कमान भी संभाल चुके हैं। उदयपुर के वर्तमान पुलिस अधीक्षक आईपीएस राजीव पचार का उदयपुर में करीब 10 माह का कार्यकाल रहा।

इसी प्रकार आदेशों के अनुसार अलोक कुमार वशिष्ठ को महानिरीक्षक जेल जयपुर से महानिरीक्षक पुलिस रेल्वेज़ जयपुर में, मनीष अग्रवाल-II को उप निदेशक राजस्थान पुलिस अकादमी जयपुर से तबादला कर जयपुर ग्रामीण का एसपी बनाया गया है। जयपुर ग्रामीण के वर्तमान एसपी शंकरदत्त शर्मा को मुख्यमंत्री सुरक्षा का जिम्मा सौंपा गया है। डॉ. अमृता दुहान को पुलिस उपायुक्त (क्राइम) जयपुर से तबादला कर प्रतापगढ़ जिले का एसपी बनाया गया है और प्रतापगढ़ जिले के वर्तमान एसपी आदर्श सिद्धू को भीलवाड़ा जिले के एसपी की ज़िम्मेदारी सौंपी गयी है।

उदयपुर वासियों की ख़ुशी हुई फ़तेहसागर के साथ ओवरफ्लो!

उदयपुर में गुरुवार की सुबह शहरवासियों एवं पर्यटकों के लिए खुशियों की सौगात लेकर आई। शहर की प्रमुख झील फतहसागर के चारों गेट गुरुवार 7 अक्टूबर की सुबह 9.15 बजे जिला कलक्टर चेतन सिंह देवड़ा द्वारा खोल दिए गए।

जल संसाधन विभाग के अनुसार ऐसा पहली बार हो रहा है जब झील के गेट अक्टूबर में खोले जा रहे है। इसकी भराव क्षमता 13 फिट है और बुधवार शाम तक यहां 13 फिट 3 इंच पानी भर चुका था। जल संसाधन विभाग के अधिशाषी अभियंता के.सी.जैन ने बताया की पिछले वर्ष 6 सितंबर को गेट खोले गये थे।

फतेहसागर में पानी आने का अर्थ है साल भर पानी का संपूर्ण प्रबंध अथवा गेट खुलने के बाद अब यह झील पर्यटको के लिए आकर्षण केंद्र रहेगी। अब गेट खुलने के बाद फतेहसागर का पानी शहर के बीच यूआईटी पुलिया से आयड़ होता हुआ उदयसागर पहुंचेगा। सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से पुलिस थाना अंबामाता को भी विभाग की ओर से सूचना दी गई है।

कोरोना का संक्रमण कम होने के कारन प्रशासन ने उदयपुर वासियों का संयम देखते हुए फतेहसागर के गेट गुरुवार को खोलने का फैसला लिया। ऐसे में फतहसागर का गेट खुलने के दौरान भी जिला प्रशासन ने आमजनों से कोविड प्रोटोकॉल की पालना करने की अपील की है। जिला कलक्टर ने कहा है कि इस दौरान मास्क एव सोशल डिस्टेंशिंग का विशेष ध्यान रखे।

दूषित भोजन से विमंदित बच्चों की मृत्यु के मामले में चिकित्सा विभाग ने नारायण सेवा संस्थान को नोटिस किया जारी

बड़ी गांव स्थित उदयपुर के प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान नारायण सेवा के विमंदित बाल पुनर्वास केंद्र में तकरीबन 9 बच्चों की तबियत ख़राब होने और 3 बच्चों की फ़ूड पोइज़निंग से मृत्यु होने का मामला सामने आया था। इस मामले की फ़ूड रिपोर्ट अब जा कर 3 सप्ताह बाद आई है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार विमंदित गृह के पेयजल में गड़बड़ी की आशंका जताई गई है और पानी में स्टॉर्च की मात्रा अधिक मिली है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने नारायण सेवा संस्थान को इस संबंध में नोटिस भी जारी कर दिया है।

दरअसल कुछ दिन पिछले नारायण सेवा संस्थान की ओर से संचालित विमंदित पुनर्वास केंद्र में दूषित भोजन के सेवन से एक दर्जन से ज्यादा बच्चों को उल्टी दस्त की शिकायत सामने आई थी। बच्चों की हालत देखते हुए जल्द से जल्द सभी बच्चों को एमबी अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया, जहां इलाज के दौरान 5 दिनों के भीतर तीन बच्चों की मृत्यु हो गई। वहीं 6 बच्चे अस्पताल में भर्ती रहे।

मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए जिला कलेक्टर के निर्देश पर सीएमएचओ के नेतृत्व में कमेटी का गठन हुआ था। इस दौरान कमेटी में विमंदित गृह से फूड सैंपल भी लिए गए। रिपोर्ट में कमिटी ने भी नारायण सेवा संस्थान की कई खामियों को पाया था।

सीएमएचओ डॉ. दिनेश खराड़ी ने बताया कि चिकित्सा विभाग की टीम ने 21 नमूने लिए थे, जिसमें से 14 सैंपल में गड़बड़ी सामने आए है। 11 सैंपल मिस ब्रांड और 2 सैंपल एक्सपायर्ड थे। समिति ने बताया कि 1 सैंपल में स्टॉर्च की मात्रा भी ज्यादा मिली हैं। इसके आधार पर नारायण सेवा संस्थान को नोटिस जारी किया गया है। इस मामले में अब तक पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट का इंतजार है।

उदयपुर की आत्मिका ने जूनियर शूटिंग वर्ल्ड चैम्पियनशिप में जीते दो सिल्वर मेडल

उदयपुर की एक और बेटी ने इतिहास में अपना नाम दर्ज कर लिया है। इस बार शूटर आत्मिका गुप्ता ने पेरू की राजधानी लीमा में चल रही आईएसएसएफ जूनियर वर्ल्ड चैम्पियनशिप में अप्रतिम प्रदर्शन करते हुए टीम और मिक्स इवेंट में देश के लिए दो सिल्वर मेडल जीते है।

30 सितंबर से 10 अक्तूबर तक चलने वाले इस चैंपियनशिप में 32 देशों के 370 निशानेबाज विभिन्न स्पर्धाओं में हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। उसमे से आत्मिक भी एक हैं।

आत्मिका ने 2 अक्टूबर को 10 मीटर एयर रायफल की मिक्स टीम की फाइनल स्पर्धा में राजप्रीत सिंह के साथ अमेरिकन जोड़ी को कड़ी टक्कर देते हुए सिल्वर मेडल प्राप्त किया। उसी दिन 10 मीटर एयर रायफल में निशा कंवर और जीना खिट्टा के साथ हंगरी की टीम के साथ भी कड़े मुकाबले के बाद सिल्वर मेडल पर अपना हक़ जमाया।

​​​​​​​आत्मिका ने पहली बार तकरीबन 17 साल की उम्र में रायफल चलाना बीएन कॉलेज रेंज में सीखा था। वहां उनके कोच जितेंद्र सिंह मायदा थे, जिन्होंने पहली बार आत्मिक को शूटिंग में निपुण किया ।

आत्मिका ने पिछली नेशनल चैम्पियनशिप में 6 मेडल जीते थे और हाल में आयोजित ट्रायल में पहला स्थान हासिल किया, जिसके आधार पर भारतीय दल में इनका चयन हुआ।

स्पर्धा के बाद 20 साल की आत्मिका ने पिता आंचल गुप्ता को बताया कि “अब तक के प्रदर्शन को देखते हुए स्वर्ण पदक की उम्मीद थी, लेकिन कड़े मुकाबले में चूक गए। अब ओलिंपिक 2024 के लिए दुगुनी तैयारी करूंगी”। उनके पिता ने कहा कि “बेटी ने सबकी उम्मीदों को पूरा किया है”।

उदयपुर में खुलेेगा फर्नीचर सेक्टर का देश का पहला रीजनल स्किल चेप्टर

फर्नीचर एवं फिटिंग्स स्किल काउन्सिल(FFSC) के अंतर्गत उदयपुर में खुलेेगा फर्नीचर सेक्टर का देश का पहला रीजनल स्किल चेप्टर।

उदयपुर में 25 जुलाई को केन्द्रीय कौशल एवं उद्यमिता मंत्रालय व फर्नीचर एंड फिटिंग सेक्टर स्किल काउंसिल, द्वारा स्किल इंडिया मिशन योजना के तहत कौशल भारत योजना आरपीएल योजना में कार्य करने वाले उदयपुर संभाग में फर्नीचर सेक्टर/उद्योग के कारपेंटर एवं लीड कारपेंटर के लिये 2 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। जिसके समापन पर 170 प्रतिभागियों को कौशल प्रमाण पत्र और टूल किट वितरीत किये गये।

CEMCA द्वारा आयोजित प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में सभी प्रतिभागियों को टी शर्ट व कैप प्रदान की गई। दो दिवसीय प्रमाण पत्र कार्यक्रम के तहत पहले दिन इराज लिमिटेड कंपनी में सभी सफल प्रतिभागियों को प्रमाण पत्र तथा टूल किट काउंसिल के सीईओ राहुल मेहता,सीटेट CETT के प्रिंसिपल राजकुमार बागोरा , आईएसटीडी (ISTD) चेयरमैन अरूण मांडोत एवं इराज इवोल्यूशन के डायरेक्टर मनन खेतान द्वारा दिया गया।

इस अवसर पर काउंसिल के नेशनल हेड राहुल मेहता ने कौशल भारत योजना में काउंसिल की भूमिका के बारे में विस्तृत रूप से बताते हुए बताया कि काउंसिल पूरे भारत में युवाओं को उनके हुनर के अनुसार फर्नीचर सेक्टर से संबंधित कार्य क्षेत्र में उन के कौशल का निर्माण कर न सिर्फ रोजगार से जोड़ रही वरन स्वरोजगार से जोड़ कर उन्हे स्वावलंबी भी बना रही है। काउंसिल द्वारा आने वाले समय में उदयपुर में फर्नीचर सेक्टर का देश का पहला रीजनल स्किल चैप्टर भी बनाया जा रहा है जिस में इंडस्ट्री और कामगारों को जोड़ कर इस इंडस्ट्री में प्रशिक्षण और रोजगार को आपस में जोड़ा जाएगा । जिस से युवाओं को फर्नीचर सेक्टर में रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान किए जायेंगे।

सीईटीटी प्रिंसिपल राजकुमार बागोरा ने कहा की फर्नीचर सेक्टर में कुशल युवाओं की बहुत आवश्कता है। इस हेतु युवाओं को जागरूक करने की जरूरत है। आईएसटीडी चेयरमैन अरूण मांडोत ने कहा कि आज के समय में नित्य नए नए रोजगार और स्वरोजगार के क्षेत्र खुल रहे है, निश्चित ही फर्नीचर सेक्टर भी एक नए रूप में बहुत तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। इराज इवोल्यूशन के डायरेक्टर मनन खेतान ने बताया कि फर्नीचर इंडस्ट्री में आज भारत बहुत तेजी से विकास कर रहा है, इस से इस क्षेत्र में कुशल युवाओं की मांग बहुत तेजी से बढ़ी हैं, आईएवो इंडस्ट्री में आज के समय में कई लोग इस सेक्टर में काम कर अपनी आजीविका चला रहे है।  विनायक फर्नीचर पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम में महेंद्र पोखरना द्वारा प्रमाण पत्र और टूल किट दिया गया। वुडन स्ट्रीट पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम में फाउंडर लोकेंद्र राणावत एवं वीरेंद्र सिंह राणावत द्वारा प्रमाण पत्र और टूलकिट दिया गया।

गवर्नमेंट आईटीआई में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रिंसिपल नीरज नागौरी, वाइस प्रिंसिपल खंडेलवाल, यूसीसीआई चेयरमैन कोमल कोठारी ,पुष्पा हैंडीक्राफ्ट के एमडी दीपक भंसाली, राउंड टेबल के चेयरमैन दीपेश कोठारी  द्वारा प्रमाण पत्र एवं टूलकिट दिया गया। इस अवसर पर  नागोरी ने ट्रेनिंग और रोजगार को आपस में जोड़ने की महत्ती आवश्यकता के बारे में बताया । यूसीसीआई चेयरमैन कोठारी ने कहा की इस क्षेत्र में रोजगार के बहुत अवसर है और युवाओं को इस से जुड़ना चाहिए ।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन एफएफएससी काउंसिल (FFSC) के नॉर्थ सेंट्रल हेड शुभम गांधी द्वारा कोविड गाइडलाइन को ध्यान में रखते हुए किया गया।

Udaipur City Buses: Routes, Stops & Timings

In recent times the city has achieved many remarkable achievements and to act as one of the key jewel in the crown of accomplishment, the new city buses have been launched recently. Let us know about the these buses and their routes, stops and timings.

About the City Buses

  • The city buses are the new transport medium to travel within the city, commemorated on 2nd July 2021.
  • These city bus have been started by Udaipur City Transport Service Limited. It is a state government company.
  • Savina sub city center has been developed as a bus depot for the city buses.
  • Buses arrive within 30-35 minutes of gap at all the stops.

Routes

The first phase where buses are running on two routes i.e.

  • Badgaon – Titardi
  • Rampura – Dabok

Timings:

Badgaon – Titardi

  • First trip starts at 6:10 am from Badgaon and ends the last trip at 8:40 pm at the bus depot.
  • The buses take 1 hour to reach its final destinations (i.e. Badgaon & Titardi).
  • The buses leave in the gap of 15 minutes from the final stop.

Rampura – Dabok

  • First trip starts at 6:30 am from Rampura and ends the last trip at 8:40 pm at the bus depot.
  • The average time taken by the buses is 1 hour 15 minutes to reach its final destinations (i.e. Rampura & Dabok).
  • The buses leave in the gap of 15 minutes from the final stop.

For now the buses are only available on 2 routes but in future the number of buses, stops and routes will increase. Through these buses the intra-city commuting will be easier and cheaper. In future many boards will be constructed within the city to facilitate information about to and fro of the city buses. In fact there will be a reduction in noise and air polution for sure.

Schools in Rajasthan will not reopen from August 2

On 22 July 2021 an announcement came up to reopen the schools in Rajasthan for all the classes. Just a day after that, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has recalled the decision for now. Revoking these orders given by the Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra, CM has declared the decision on the same will be taken very soon. For this a committee of 5 ministers of the state will be setup and after that the decision for reopening of the schools will be made.

The committee will comprise of 5 prominent ministers i.e. Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra, Health Minister Raghu Sharma, Agriculture Minister Lalchand Kataria, Minister of State for Higher Education Bhanwar Singh Bhati and Minister of State for Technical Education Subhash Garg. This committee will not only decide when to open the school but also will figure out upto which class the school should be open.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot also stated that for this, the Committee of Ministers will contact the Ministries of Health and Human Resources, Government of India, ICMR and with the states that have already decided to reopen the schools.

Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra had announced the opening of schools for children of all classes from August 2 after a cabinet meeting a day earlier on Thursday night itself. This decision faced a lot of opposition.

Taking in the view, the possibility of the 3rd wave of Covid-19, the Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot completely reversed the announcement of the Education Minister by holding a virtual meeting on Friday night.

Other than this, Udaipur has also made its place in the list of 60 most beautiful cities of the world in MSN’s survey which is a Microsoft portal. The city of lakes has bagged 12th place in this list. Also another special thing about the survey is that Udaipur is the only city in India that has been included in this list.

At the same time, Udaipur has also bagged 5th place in the list of 10 beautiful cities of the world in the list of InterMiles. InterMiles is the program of the Etihad Aviation Group in which such surveys are conducted.

The beautiful, panoramic city of Udaipur has achieved all this in the year 2021 itself.

Udaipur’s selection from across India on reputed platforms like Wall Street, MSN and Planet D reflects Udaipur’s ever-increasing brand value on the map of tourism. The credit goes to all of us.
