Aravali Institute of Technical Studies conducted the Pool Campus Drive

A Pool Campus Drive was organized on 14th June,2016 at Aravali Institute of Technical Studies, Udaipur. This drive was organized for B. Tech. and Diploma pass out students. Large number of candidates from various districts of Rajasthan like Kota, Bhilwara, Udaipur, Dungarpur etc. participated in the drive with great enthusiasm and energy. Four leading reputed national companies i.e.Tech Mahindra, Jindal Electricals, CMS IT Serives and ARN Infatel participated in the drive who interviewed and select the students for different areas in their respective industries.



In the Inaugral Ceremony, Dr. Hemant Dhabhai, Director, Aravali Institute of Technical Studies welcomed the guests by garlanding them and presenting them the momentos.

The representatives of the industries motivated the students and wishes them for a promising career and bright future.

Technoholix2k16 Concluded with Amazing Moments.

Nothing right can be accomplished in art without enthusiasm.

As the day ends its brightness, the college witnessed some of the fiercest rivalries from geeks who woke up to an aura of excitement over the promised entertainment. “TECHNOHOLIX” as the name implies “techno” means technology and “holix” means explore the largest community of creators. Technoholix is the amalgam of technical and non- technical events. The event with a great success comes to an end .


The event was organized by the computer science department of Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies. The chief guests for the occasion were Dr. Manju Mandot ( Director, Women Studies ) and Dr. Madhukar Dubey ( Founder & M.D. , Fusion). The Chief Patron Mr. J.P. Agrawal along with the Organizing Chairperson Dr. Ridhima Khamesra supported the event to a great extent . The sponsorships earmarked the event by a sum of Rs. 10,000. Colleges across the nation participated in the event held.

The winners were awarded with a certificate of excellence, mementos, cash and coupons.


Student Organizing Secretary Mr. Vinayak Agarwal and Mr. Vaibhav Dashora along with the whole crew who worked day and night for the maneuver are appreciated for the amount of efforts they rendered to make Technoholix’16 a big hit. The whole team kept pace with the motto : “A conglomeration for the creative, the intellectuals and the inquisitive, Technoholix is the platform for the engineer in you.” They not only emphasized on academics but also encouraged the holistic development.

Therefore, Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies, just like every year is organizing Technoholix 2K16 to extricate an ardour of enthusiasm in the college premises.


Technoholix 2K16 will be a two day event wherein the Inaugural Ceremony is to be held on March 31st 2016 at 9:30 AM in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering Seminar Hall. The Chief Guest of the event is respected Dr. Manju Mandot( Director, Women Studies ) and Guest of Honor Dr. Madhukar Dubey( Founder & M.D. , Fusion). 4th Annual Convocation of IIM Udaipur

IIM Udaipur, 21 March 2016 – The Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU) held its 4th annual convocation on Monday, 21 March, 2016 at the MLSU auditorium, Sukhadia University Campus, Udaipur.


Dr. Pankaj R Patel, Chairperson of the Board of Governors of the Institute, and Chairman of  Zydus Cadila delivered the welcome address. He stated that this batch of students have made the institute proud through their various activities and initiatives in the international arena. He mentioned that this is indeed a special occasion as this is the last convocation ceremony being held at MLSU campus which is a temporary campus and that the next events will be at the new 300 acre campus.


Mr. Rajan Bharti Mittal, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Bharti Enterprises, was the Chief Guest and delivered the convocation address. He congratulated the students on this joyous occasion and urged the passing batch to be sensitive to the society at large. He spoke about the challenges that he had to face during the license raj era and how liberalization has eased up many of those challenges. But he also mentioned that current generation faces a different set of challenges all together. The current fast paced environment requires managers to think differently and cited examples of a few global startups which did things that were unimaginable a couple of decades ago. He appreciated the college for its unique vision and encouraged the students to be quite involved with the society at large.



Prof. Janat Shah, Director of the Institute, delivered the concluding address. He congratulated everyone on the convocation of yet another batch and mentioned that the transformation in students over the last couple of years is very encouraging.Prof. Shah told how being a manager can give an opportunity to impact many lives and in turn the nation as well and urged the passing batch of students to be on the forefront of this journey.

The occasion was graced by the members of the Board of Governors of the Institute and other dignitaries from Udaipur. A total of 120 graduating students of IIMU’s Post Graduate Programme and 10 students of IIMU’s Post Graduate Programme for Executives received diploma at this year’s convocation.

TechnoHolix’16 – Annual Tech Fest @ GITS to start from 31st March

“Human foot is a masterpiece of engineering and a work of art.” In accordance to this splendid belief, we have taken our steps to entice young engineers to catch the tide and pitch into this fast paced era of routine evolution.


Braced up and harmonized, Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies (GITS) is at the doorstep of celebrating ninth anniversary of its much famed and awaited event “TECHNOHOLIX”, having witnessed its inception in the year 2008. Verily, TECHNOHOLIX is a platform inviting budding talents to bring off their panache through participation in both technical and non-technical events hosted by the Computer Science Fraternity in the college.

This intra college event invites entries from all the technical colleges of the city as it stages wide range of eventualities namely Code Warrior, Web Orc, SQL Maestro, Short Film Making, Treasure Hunt, X-gamer, Mix-Pix, Dubsmash, Tug of War and Selfie/Groupfie.

The principle motive of the institution is to impart quality education where holistic development of the students is of paramount importance. GITS firmly believes that pursuit of excellence requires transparent and honest approach, and thus has won acclaim in producing impeccable engineers since past 12 years. The computer science department is obliged to welcome participation in TECHNOHOLIX from across the city to indeed continue the legacy and add a feather to the ever held high cap of the institute.
