N. Raghuraman, is a well known name in the management world. A motivational speaker, an awe-inspiring writer, a management guru, and beyond all a true preacher of ‘Life Changing Knowledge’ happened to address the Udaipurites in an seminar organized by the joint efforts of Dainik Bhaskar, Pacific University and supported Sunrise Group Of Institutes.

                       

Explaining up the vibes (that one must have felt) and the shear motivational content provided by Sir N.Rahguraman cannot be recreated again through words. However, the key notes of the seminar are listed below.

It was an evening filled with a tonic for the brain. Mr. Raghuraman, as per his excellence revealed some simple yet very effective ‘Management Fundas’. Sharing his widespread knowledge, he anchored on some interesting features that one should follow so as to undergo a positive change and refine one’s attitude and possibility of success.

The management guru emphasized on the point that ‘One must live in the present. Living in the present leads to the generation of good and worthy thoughts which further leads to the generation of good ideas which ultimately will help you in scoring better. ‘An Idea’ which forms the base of any business or new venture is struck by living in present, as one has no control over the past, and the unpredictable future it is thereby necessary to live in the present.’

He also mentioned the role of ‘Cross Sectional Experiences’ in developing one’s ‘right’ attitude and its impact on the refinement of their perception. On a question concerning with the differences between Success and Happiness, he said,
“Success and Happiness are two different things, there are times when success gives you happiness yet happiness does not mean Success. The goals you decide or the target you set when nurtured with the hard work, practice, proper planning leads to the ‘as desired’ execution of the goal, this is what success may mean to someone. However happiness is a state. My success is writing, for what I am doing right now is what gives me happiness.”

With a strong and truly motivating speech by Mr. Raghuraman, the seminar finally came to an end with the series of question answer round. We hope to be guided by Sir Raghuraman soon again.
