Labdhi Surana – Youngest skater in Rajasthan is making Udaipur Proud Internationally

A young and passionate girl from Udaipur – Labdhi Surana who will turn 6 this September is Rajasthan’s youngest and only girl to make her country proud serving the state in the sports of Roller Skating.
At such a young age, She is National Gold Medalist (RSSFI) and with her outstanding talent in the field of skating she has also represented India in Hong Kong and achieved two medals. She was positioned 3rd runners up in the tournament. She recently also got selected for Reko International Roller skating championship which will be held in Belgium this year. She is preparing herself with full dedication to make the country proud. Her best time for 300 mt. is 48.38 sec.

She is presently getting trained at Pune under International Coach Mr. Rahul Rane, Professional Speed Skating and Instructor Coach from India and Mr. Manjeet Singh who is much dedicated in training the kid when she started at the age of 3 and is responsible for each and every effort lead by the girl. For International Tournaments her schedule includes daily practice of more than 5 hours. When everyone is busy sleeping this little girl starts her day at 4:30 a.m.

She has also received the appreciation award by Mr. Gajendra Singh Khimsar, Sports Minister of Rajasthan for her dazzling performance in Hong Kong. She have list of achievements in her solid young career. Her achievements till date includes National Gold Medal, State Gold Medal and District Gold Medal. She never missed any chance to promote herself with finest of her talent. She is playing under 11 and under 14 skating tournament these days for exposure among the kids, which are almost double her age and still she has managed to make her place at 2nd and 3rd.
