Talking to the two founder members of the company, Mr Tabrez Ali Syed, and Mr Mushtaq Ali Syed, we tried to find out the reason for this stir.
Mr Tabrez Ali Syed managing director of Prompt Group is having experience in the domain of sales and marketing of system integration of more than a decade. Having experience of more than a decade in system integration and technology, he is always ready to support the customers at any point of time.
Here are a few snippets of our talk with them.
Can you tell us more about the Prompt Group and how does Prompt Infracom fit in as a part of that group?
“Prompt Group came into existence more than a decade ago through the joint efforts of not just me and Mr Mushtaq Ali Syed, but our entire team. We started with Prompt Automation, security, and automation system integrating company and further expanded to Green Ethernet, our R&D wing, Star Technologies an IT solution provider and Prompt Infracom, an internet service provider. Our main aim when we started the different companies under the Prompt Group was to bring the latest developments in technology to our customers with excellent services unmatched by anybody else. Prompt Group follows that ethics and customer satisfaction.”
How did you envision Prompt Infracom when it was just a concept?
“Prompt Infracom was born with our realisation of the importance of internet service. These days for every individual and business, whether the small or big internet has become a primary need. So, to bring up this vision, we started it, and while starting this company, we visualised it as a smart and hassle-free internet service providing company that would cater to every segment of the market and would focus on being high on our consumer’s expectations. Be it speed, price or customer service.”
Your tagline, “Speed that exceeds Expectations” shows your focus on the high-speed internet. Is it a different aspect of your company?
“We would say that you are partially correct. With our broadband speed of up to 100Mbps and it will be increased as per market expectations. We are keen focusing on providing hassle free high-speed internet services to our clients, but that is not our only distinguishing feature. We at Prompt Infracom make every possible effort to know the needs and expectations of our potential clients. Knowing that different clients have different needs and budget we have internet plans starting as low as Rs. 19.96 per day with speed of up to 10Mbps. Also, we have a highly dedicated team that provides 24X7 onsite service while catering to the individual needs of each of our customers. Our latest offering is Fibre Optic Cable powered Internet service which is faster and more reliable than Air method.”
There are many other companies also providing similar services in Udaipur. How do you plan to keep ahead in this competitive environment?

What are your plans for Prompt Infracom?
“Right now, our primary aim is to make Prompt Infracom a household name for internet needs, all over Udaipur. Also, we plan to expand our services beyond Udaipur to other cities of Rajasthan shortly. We would like the people of Rajasthan to experience the top notch services that we are offering.
